Caitlin Clark of Iowa easily won the John R. Wooden Award as the best college basketball player in the United States for the second year in a row, along with Zach Edey.
She also got an extra sign from the award event to keep her faith as she gets ready to join the Indiana Fever as the first overall pick in the WNBA Draft on Monday night.
At the event in Los Angeles, Jason Sudeikis gave Clark a personalised AFC Richmond jersey from his Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso. Sudeikis has been a big Iowa fan all season and has been to many Hawkeyes games.

Ozzie Kukoc wears Clark’s No. 22 on the show, but we think Clark won’t mind sharing the number with the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer.
