At Game 1 of the 2023 World Series, Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler play for the Texas Rangers.

Both Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth were born and raised in Texas. They were in Arlington on Friday night to watch Game 1 of the 2023 World Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field.

The best golfers in the world are taking some well-deserved time off at home for the next few months since the FedEx Cup Fall. We haven’t seen either of them since the Ryder Cup in Rome.

Adolis Garcia hit a walk-off home run in the 11th inning to give the Rangers a 1-0 lead in the series. The boys were happy when they left the field.

The second game is this Saturday at 8:03 p.m. ET.
