Today was the last day of the Hero World Challenge. The event had the first star-studded field for the PGA Tour in a long time, and it did not disappoint. Every player had some great moments, and the lead was pretty close going into the final round. The fourth round had some great performances that led to a nice ending.

The 20-player field was led by Scottie Scheffler, who played exceptionally well at the Albany Golf Course and won. Scheffler won with a score of 20-under 268, which was his first win since the Players Championship earlier this year.

Golf balls will be rolled back by the USGA and the R&A for both pros and amateurs: report

The Hero World Challenge is a narrow field game, so there are no cuts. All four days, every golfer who made it into the tournament was there. Twenty people played, and they were all there for the last round of golf.

So, by the time the final round came around, the contenders were already ahead of the rest of the pack. Will Zalatoris, who was also coming back from a long injury, was mostly out of the race, along with Woods, Rickie Fowler, and others.

It was shocking how Viktor Hovland played. As the weekend began, the defending winner of this event was the betting favorite. However, he fell to 10th place on the leaderboard and couldn’t get back up.
