Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy have a group called TGL. Can LIV Golfers join Checking eligibility and the list.

Twenty-four PGA Tour players are in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TWGR Golf League (TGL). These players will all be on the Tour, and they will all play in teams of four. At first, there could only be 18 people on the pitch. But it was made 24 hours long.

Woods and McIlroy have been big fans of the PGA Tour. They turned down million-dollar offers to join LIV Golf in order to stay with the Tour. It’s not likely that Saudi circuit players will join the TGL.

There are no requirements to be able to join the series. Any player the TWRW Sports signed was chosen by them. The series is made for PGA Tour players, though.

Instead of playing at the same time as the PGA Tour, the players will play 18-hole matches against each other on a virtual course on Monday and Tuesday nights.

After the fifteen games that make up the normal season, the semi-finals and finals will be played to decide the winner.

Here are the 24 players who are taking part in the TGL:

• Tiger Woods
• Rory McIlroy
• Jon Rahm
• Collin Morikawa
• Justin Thomas
• Matt Fitzpatrick
• Shane Lowry
• Justin Rose
• Adam Scott
• Xander Schauffele
• Max Homa
• Tyrrell Hatton
• Tommy Fleetwood
• Rickie Fowler
• Tom Kim
• Billy Horschel
• Keegan Bradley
• Cameron Young
• Sahith Theegala
• Min Woo Lee
• Patrick Cantlay
• Kevin Kisner
• Wyndham Clark
• Lucas Glover

There are reports that PGA Tour players will move to LIV Golf after the TGL pick.

The 24 best players in the world have been chosen by TGL. But they left out some big names, like Scottie Scheffler, who is currently ranked No. 1 in the world, Jordan Spieth, and Viktor Hovland. Even though the players have been in great shape, the TGL did not pick them to play in the first season of their league, which starts on January 9, 2024.

There are reports on the internet that the PGA Tour players who were left off the league list will join LIV Golf.

Someone on Twitter named LIV Golf Updates shared a picture of the TGL’s lineup with the words “Some surprise exclusions from #TGL! I thought for sure that Spieth, Scottie, Zalatoris, and Finau would be on the list! I haven’t heard anything official yet, but I have heard that two players on this list could be added to #LIVGolf 2024.

The TGL doesn’t pick up on these big names:

• 1. Viktor Hovland
• 2. Scottie Scheffler
• 3. Jordan Spieth
• 4. Sam Burns
• 5. Jason Day
• 6. Will Zalatoris
• 7. Si Woo Kim
• 8. Hideki Matsuyama
• 9. Tony Finau
• 10. Corey Conners
• 11. Sepp Starka
• 12. Denny McCarthy
• 13. Adam Schenk
