A army recruit is said to have shot & killed of his fellow recruits in Japan.

Police in Gifu, a city in important Japan where the killing occurred, informed ABC News that the 18-yr-antique new recruit admitted to doing it. “It’s still being appeared into whether or not or not there has been a plan or a reason. “But he did say that he shot,” they said.
