The two most popular teams in Europe’s five leagues are both from the Bundesliga.
The Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, and Bundesliga are always competing with each other. It’s an age-old question of which league is better, but all of them have a good case for being the best in the world.
Many fans and experts agree that the Premier League is the best league, but there’s no doubt that English clubs are the ones who spend the most. In fact, a mid-table English team can reasonably spend more than a Champions League team in Serie A these days.

Who has the most fans, though? Which teams get the most fans? Every week, Transfermarkt lists the top six teams in the five best leagues in Europe that get the most fans.
The best teams in Europe
The study showed that these teams have the most fans at home games:
Borussia Dortmund: 81,365
Bayern Munich: 75,000
Inter: 73,555
Man United: 73,459
Milan: 72,362
Real Madrid: 68,588
Even though Dortmund is currently in fourth place in the Bundesliga, it still has the most fans in Europe and the whole world. They are in second place and always have a lot of fans.
The top team in Serie A is still Inter Milan, but only by 1,000 people. Milan is now fifth on the list of most-attended teams in Serie A.
Manchester United, who is having a terrible season, is still the most popular team in the Premier League. In La Liga, Real Madrid is just below 69,000 fans strong.
